Android Mobile Developer for AI‑Powered Neobank App

About the role

Doit is seeking an Android engineer to create the native Android experience for its AI‑driven Neobank application. You will focus on clean user flows, high performance, and reliable mobile features that serve real customers in the financial services space.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship Android features using Kotlin, including flows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals and other financial services.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to simplify complex user journeys and ensure a smooth UX.
• Integrate backend REST APIs, guaranteeing stability, security and reliability of mobile flows.
• Improve app performance, crash rates, loading states, responsiveness and memory usage.
• Leverage analytics and production issue data to continuously enhance the product.
• Develop AI‑assisted mobile experiences only where they add genuine value to the user journey.

Required profile

• 3+ years of Android development experience using Kotlin.
• Strong Android fundamentals and a track record of shipping production apps.
• Good knowledge of Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow and modern Android architecture.
• Strong sense of mobile UX, usability, edge cases and user flows.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and debugging production issues.
• Fast execution, high ownership and strong attention to product quality.
