Android Developer – Mobile Solutions Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Android Engineer to join a leading technical team. You will shape the future of our digital products, delivering high‑quality mobile experiences that delight customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer‑facing mobile solutions that are reliable and enjoyable.
• Contribute to the team’s technical strategy, advising on frameworks, methodologies and platforms.
• Collaborate with Design and Product teams to create beautiful, performant, and well‑engineered UI.
• Architect and build the app for performance, scalability, growth and maintainability.
• Write unit and functional tests to ensure code quality.
• Investigate, debug and resolve user‑reported production issues.
• Brainstorm new product ideas and improvements alongside design and product teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience, including at least 2 years building native Android solutions.
• Strong experience with native Android development and Kotlin.
• Background in digital product development with a focus on customer experience and UX.
• Collaborative mindset with solid understanding of agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership potential.
