About the role

Keep Left is seeking an AI‑fluent Graphic Designer to join its Melbourne creative team. The role involves turning strong ideas into polished, production‑ready designs across campaigns, social media, content and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality visual communications for campaigns, social media, presentations, digital channels and brand systems.
• Design assets for advertising, social media and digital roll‑outs, respecting platform nuances and mobile‑first principles.
• Develop campaign look‑and‑feel, key visuals and visual systems, and apply them across websites, pitch decks, case studies, reports and print collateral.
• Transform rough ideas, strategy and content into clear, persuasive presentation decks using PowerPoint, Keynote or Canva.
• Collaborate with strategists, writers, PR specialists, content makers and client service teams to bring brand ideas to life.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in graphic, digital or campaign design.
• Strong conceptual, typographic and layout skills with an eye for detail.
• Comfortable working within brand guidelines while helping evolve visual systems.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑moving agency environment.

Required skills

• High proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience using Figma for design and prototyping.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Keynote for presentation design.
• Familiarity with Canva for quick visual creation.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to support research, ideation and workflow efficiency.
