AI & Growth Marketing Lead

About the role

This is a hands‑on growth marketing position focused on leveraging AI and automation to drive lead generation and conversion for a fast‑growing Sydney business. You will have the freedom to challenge existing processes, spot opportunities and introduce smarter ways of working.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse lead sources, acquisition costs and growth opportunities, and develop data‑driven strategies.
• Use AI and automation to build smarter marketing workflows, reduce manual effort and accelerate experimentation.
• Research markets, analyse customer behaviour and generate insights faster with AI tools.
• Design, test and launch hypotheses across channels, audiences, messaging and funnels.
• Improve lead qualification, nurturing and conversion through AI‑enhanced processes.
• Identify and test new acquisition channels while challenging existing targeting assumptions.

Required profile

• Experience in growth, performance or digital marketing roles within a scaling business.
• Experimental mindset: able to formulate hypotheses, run tests and iterate quickly.
• Commercially minded with understanding of CAC, CPL, ROI and revenue impact.
• Curious about AI, regularly exploring new tools and applying them to marketing challenges.
