Aggregation Manager – Large-Scale Broadacre Cropping

About the role

Wilga Farming Australia is seeking an experienced Aggregation Manager to lead the Crillee Aggregation, a 6,730‑hectare mixed farming enterprise near Dubbo, NSW. You will be responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day operations, driving strategic planning, and ensuring the profitability and safety of the broadacre cropping business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of a large‑scale broadacre cropping enterprise.
• Develop and implement seasonal and long‑term operational plans aligned with Wilga’s strategic goals.
• Manage development projects, including resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Oversee the use, care, and maintenance of fixed and mobile assets, including a modern fleet.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing on‑farm team while fostering a strong safety culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a mixed farming or broadacre cropping operation.
• Strong knowledge of dryland cropping and farm business management.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to build high‑performing teams.
• Financial management, budgeting and planning capability.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Commitment to safety, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
