Advisory Solution Consultant – Pre‑Sales Security Operations

About the role

ServiceNow is looking for a driven Pre‑Sales Security Operations Solution Consultant to provide technical leadership and expertise throughout the sales cycle. You will help customers adopt the Security Operations suite—including Security Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Response, and the expanded platform with Armis and Veza.

Key responsibilities

• Design and demonstrate innovative solutions that integrate ServiceNow SecOps with Armis asset visibility and Veza identity governance.
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide best‑practice guidance, and develop sales campaigns focused on security operations.
• Configure solution environments, contribute to product enhancements, and share best practices across a global team.
• Support marketing events, webinars, and trade shows by delivering integrated demo flows.

Required profile

• 5+ years of pre‑sales experience with a strong understanding of SOC, NOC, or CSIRC environments.
• Experience working in information security at a global or national commercial enterprise.
• Professional security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC are strongly preferred.

Required skills

• Security Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Response.
• SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability management, endpoint protection.
• Knowledge of STIX/TAXII, OpenIOC, NIST 800‑61, ISO27035, SANS frameworks.
• Familiarity with Armis asset‑visibility platforms and Veza identity‑governance solutions.
