About the role

The Advisor – Operations Support role provides direct advice and support to frontline service delivery across Courts and Tribunals teams within the Ministry of Justice. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, delivering well‑reasoned advice to senior managers and ministers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice and support to frontline service delivery across Courts and Tribunals.
• Prepare high‑quality correspondence, manage issues and risks, and deliver technical advice.
• Conduct data analysis and help set work‑programme priorities.
• Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to develop practical tools and information.
• Tri­age, scope and deliver work‑program priorities to high standards.

Required profile

• Proven track record of delivering work on time and to a high standard.
• Exceptional written communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust across a wide range of stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Resilient, solution‑focused and able to view issues from multiple perspectives.
