Advice Assistant

About the role

Join Zurich Assure in Brisbane as an Advice Assistant, providing essential administrative and transactional support to the life insurance advice team. You will help ensure advice recommendations are implemented accurately while delivering excellent service to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and transactional support to implement advice recommendations accurately and efficiently.
• Support advisers in daily operations and help elevate the overall customer experience.
• Interact directly with customers during adviser‑led appointments or phone enquiries.
• Maintain compliance with business processes and contribute to high‑quality advice outcomes.

Required profile

• Diploma of Financial Planning or a related qualification (highly regarded).
• Strong customer‑service orientation with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with advisers, stakeholders and team members.
• Good judgement, prioritisation skills and a commitment to compliance.
