About the role
Join Zurich Assure in Melbourne as an Advice Assistant, providing essential administrative and transactional support to ensure life‑insurance advice is delivered accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with advisers, enhance the customer experience, and help keep the business running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative and transactional support for advice recommendations.
- Assist advisers in preparing documentation and processing client requests.
- Interact directly with customers via appointments or phone enquiries, delivering high‑quality service.
- Maintain compliance with business processes and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
Required profile
- Diploma of Financial Planning or a related qualification (highly regarded).
- Strong customer‑service orientation with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Judgement to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
