Administration Supervisor – HQJOC Bungendore

About the role

Downer is looking for an Administration Supervisor to join its Defence team onsite at HQJOC Bungendore, NSW. The role leads Helpdesk activities and administration services, overseeing reactive maintenance requests, stakeholder engagement and service outcomes. Working on site Monday to Friday, you will supervise a small Helpdesk team and coordinate support services for the HQJOC contract in a fast-paced, high-security environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day Helpdesk activities and support a small local team.
• Coordinate administration and support services across the HQJOC contract.
• Oversee reactive facilities maintenance requests and support timely service delivery.
• Monitor service outcomes and support the achievement of relevant KPIs.
• Build effective stakeholder relationships while delivering a high standard of customer service.

Required profile

• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience, ideally within a Helpdesk, call centre or service environment.
• Experience managing, coordinating or overseeing administration functions.
• Australian citizenship and willingness to obtain a NV2 security clearance.

Required skills

• Strong planning and prioritisation, able to manage competing tasks and deadlines.
• Confidence working autonomously and making sound decisions with limited direction.
• Stakeholder management and customer service, with the ability to introduce process improvements and new ideas.
