Accounts Receivable Officer

About the role

Join Hairjamm, an Australian‑owned, sustainability‑focused hair‑care brand, as an Accounts Receivable Officer. You will play a key part in managing interstate debtor portfolios, ensuring timely collections and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers via inbound and outbound calls to negotiate and collect overdue payments.
• Allocate credit‑card payments and reconcile daily banking statements.
• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies and queries.
• Recommend credit limits, create new customer accounts and release orders on hold.
• Provide monthly debtor reporting and manage a shared email inbox.

Required profile

• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent time‑management and organisational abilities.

• Credit‑card payment processing.
