Accounts Officer

About the role

Join Windsor Group as an Accounts Officer and use your finance expertise to support a purpose‑led organisation that makes a real difference in the lives of individuals, families and communities. This permanent, full‑time role is based in Upper Mount Gravatt and offers the chance to work within a small, collaborative finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank accounts and process credit‑card and employee expense transactions.
• Maintain the general ledger by preparing and posting journal entries.
• Assist with month‑end closing, reporting requirements and audit readiness.
• Interact with internal teams and external stakeholders, communicating financial information clearly.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting (degree desirable) and a valid Blue Card.
• 3‑5 years of experience in an accounts or finance role.
• Relevant qualification in accounting, business or a related discipline.
• Ability to work onsite in Upper Mount Gravatt on a permanent basis.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MYOB.
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
• Familiarity with Employment Hero.
• Strong Excel skills.
