About the role
Mindu – The Migration Agent is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Accountant to join its growing team in Adelaide. This role supports the financial health of a busy migration consultancy and offers the flexibility of full‑time or part‑time hours.
Key responsibilities
- Perform bookkeeping and payroll processing
- Prepare and reconcile Business Activity Statements (BAS)
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Produce financial reports and maintain accurate records
- Assist with budgeting, compliance and financial analysis
- Support day‑to‑day financial operations of the business
Required profile
- Completed an accounting qualification in Australia OR at least 1 year of accounting experience in Australia
- Strong knowledge of Australian accounting principles and compliance requirements
- Legally entitled to work in Australia
Required skills
- Proficiency with Xero accounting software
- Proficiency with MYOB or similar accounting software
