Account Manager – Origin Field Sales Program

About the role

Retail Safari is looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead its Origin Field Sales Program. This hybrid position allows you to work from home or from our Mount Waverley office in Melbourne while overseeing client relationships, operational delivery, and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the end‑to‑end client relationship as the primary point of contact for all program matters.
• Conduct weekly WIPs, monthly performance meetings, and quarterly business reviews to ensure client satisfaction.
• Deliver against revenue, sales, and KPI targets while managing budgets, invoicing, forecasting, and reconciliations.
• Oversee daily program performance, ensure compliance with internal policies and client requirements, and produce accurate reporting.
• Lead, coach, and develop the program team, fostering a high‑performance culture aligned with Retail Safari values.
• Identify and implement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce operational costs, and enhance sales outcomes.
• Champion collaboration across internal teams and client stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years experience managing client programs or accounts.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proven leadership experience with teams.
• Excellent financial and commercial understanding, including budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation.
• Strong analytical and reporting capability.
• Advanced communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
