Account Manager – Oak Sales (Wine Industry)

About the role

VinOak Australia is seeking an energetic Account Manager to grow its premium oak portfolio across the Australian wine and spirits market. The role blends sales activities with hands‑on technical support, allowing you to work directly with winemakers, attend tastings, and represent the brand at industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage existing customer relationships nationwide.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within wine and spirits.
• Provide winemakers with technical oak solutions and stylistic advice.
• Lead product trials, tastings and coordinate orders, logistics and inventory.
• Represent VinOak at seminars, industry events and customer functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in wine‑industry account management or sales, preferably with oak or barrel products.
• Strong understanding of oak, cooperage processes and wine styles.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills and a commercial mindset.
• Willingness to travel frequently and hold a current driver’s licence.
• Winemaking qualifications are highly regarded.
