Account Manager – Northern Brisbane & Sunshine Coast

About the role

Cochlear is seeking a commercially driven Account Manager to cover the Northern Brisbane to Sunshine Coast territory. The role blends clinical knowledge with sales expertise to grow business and support patients receiving implantable hearing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with ENT surgeons, audiologists, and operating theatre teams across the territory.
• Provide surgical support, deliver education and training programs, and promote Cochlear’s hearing implant technologies.
• Travel regularly throughout the region to meet healthcare stakeholders and expand market access.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare, medical device, clinical support, audiology, or sales environments.
• Proven ability to develop long‑term relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Strong planning, organisational, and territory‑management skills.
