Account Manager – Large Enterprise Commercial

About the role

As an Account Manager for Large Enterprise Commercial at PayPal, you will build and manage trusted relationships with the company’s biggest and most strategic clients, helping them navigate the evolving payments landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recommend best practices for business improvement.
• Lead functional projects and programs across internal teams.
• Analyze business trends to inform decision‑making and drive account health.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Risk, Legal, Finance and Operations to ensure an exceptional client experience.

Required profile

• 5+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise merchants.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams and manage complex merchant relationships.
