Account Manager

About the role

Onsite Rental Group is seeking a motivated Account Manager to join its Perth North office in Wangara. Reporting to the Sales & Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding existing accounts while generating new business within an assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the existing customer base.
• Identify and convert new sales opportunities in line with business plans.
• Conduct regular cold‑calling and outreach throughout the territory.
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers, attending events, trade shows and conferences.
• Prepare hire quotes and support tender submissions.
• Collaborate with the branch team to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate client data in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in hire, capital equipment, industrial or a related sector.
• Willingness and ability to cold‑call both in person and by phone.
• Track record of attracting and retaining new business.
• Capability to work safely and autonomously in the field.
• Resilience and problem‑solving mindset.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
