About the role
Elect Capital is seeking a detail‑oriented Account Manager to join its Partnerships team. You will ensure each financing deal moves smoothly from approval to completion, handling contracts, compliance checks, and system updates with precision.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and dispatch contracts and supporting documents for client signatures.
- Maintain accurate records and document storage in line with internal policies.
- Update and manage data within the Loan Management System (LMS) and CRM to reflect all deal stages.
- Liaise with brokers, clients, and internal teams to collect outstanding documents and resolve pre‑funding issues.
- Track the progress of deals through the funding pipeline and communicate timely updates to the Partnerships team.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mind and solid work ethic.
- Ability to stay calm, focused, and accurate under pressure.
- Natural instinct to spot issues, fix them quickly, and continuously improve processes.
- Resilient, team‑first mentality with a bias for clarity, action, and ownership.
