Account Manager – Independent Grocery

About the role

Chobani Australia is looking for an Account Manager to own the Independent Grocery portfolio (MSOs and banner groups) across the state. You will work directly with customers, translate sales plans into shelf presence, and drive growth for our yogurt brands.

Key responsibilities

• Execute customer plans, promotions and range reviews.
• Manage day‑to‑day account operations including pricing, trade spend and administrative tasks.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with MSOs and banner groups.
• Drive in‑store execution: availability, ranging, visibility and compliance.
• Support forecasting, demand planning and supply coordination.
• Monitor performance, identify risks and unlock growth opportunities.
• Assist with new product launches and customer onboarding.
• Partner cross‑functionally with sales, supply chain, marketing and finance teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Account Management or National Account Executive roles within FMCG.
• Exposure to Independent Grocery (MSOs / banner groups) is highly regarded.
• Strong relationship‑building and influencing skills at multiple organisational levels.
• Detail‑driven, execution‑focused mindset with a proactive, ownership attitude.
