Account Manager – Defense Industry (Australia)

About the role

Anglicotech, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to lead business development and capture efforts for defense‑industry opportunities across Australia and the Indo‑Pacific region. The role builds on existing relationships with U.S. military, Australian Defence Force, and local defence‑sector companies, supporting initiatives linked to contested logistics and the AUKUS program.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and execute capture‑planning discipline to generate new defence business in Australia.
• Grow existing account revenue, develop pipeline, and align activities with Anglicotech’s strategic plans.
• Conduct briefings and engagements with current and prospective customers, including U.S. and Australian military leadership.
• Attend industry events, both in Australia and the broader region, to capture growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with delivery SMEs, sales, marketing, and finance to shape proposals and value propositions.
• Support contract transition to operations and delivery teams after win.
• Travel extensively across Australia and the Indo‑Pacific as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in defence‑industry business development or capture management.
• Strong understanding of U.S. and Australian military procurement processes.
• Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with government and industry stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout Australia and the Indo‑Pacific region.
