Account Manager – Customer Portfolio Management

About the role
Hilti is seeking an Account Manager to grow and manage a portfolio of construction customers. You will work directly on‑site, building strong relationships, demonstrating tools, and providing expert consultation to drive sales.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long‑term, profitable relationships with assigned customers.
- Plan and execute daily schedules across your territory to maximise sales productivity.
- Present high‑level technical consultations and product demonstrations on‑site.
- Record all customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce.
- Represent the Hilti brand and act as a trusted advisor in the marketplace.
Required profile
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Self‑motivated with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Ability to manage time and territory efficiently.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
