Account Manager – Critical and Cardiac Care

About the role

The Account Manager – Critical and Cardiac Care will drive growth of GE HealthCare’s critical care and cardiology portfolio across acute care settings in Queensland. You will combine strong commercial acumen with deep knowledge of intensive care, emergency, and high‑acuity workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve financial targets for orders, sales and profit within the assigned territory.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM (Salesforce) data, lead proposals, prepare quotations and ensure high‑quality order entry.
• Analyse market dynamics and GE installed‑base data to create a strategic call cycle and nurture key acute‑care accounts.
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations and clinical evaluations, and provide Voice of Customer feedback to product and marketing teams.
• Collaborate on promotional events, product launches and territory‑specific initiatives.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business, technical or clinical discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in healthcare, preferably within intensive care, emergency or other high‑acuity environments.
• Proven ability to engage clinicians, biomedical engineers and procurement teams.
• Willingness to travel within Queensland, including occasional overnight stays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using Salesforce (SFDC) for CRM and forecasting.
