Account Manager – Building Solutions

About the role

Join Johnson Controls, a global leader in smart building technologies, to manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers while identifying new business opportunities across Building Management Systems, HVAC, fire, security and related services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop strategic relationships across an assigned customer portfolio, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for improvement, renewal and growth.
• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations aligned to customer requirements and support contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with service technicians, operations teams, project managers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, business development or sales.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑oriented.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Understanding of HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with fire protection solutions.
• Experience with security and building services technologies.
