Account Executive

About the role

As an Account Executive you will drive the sales operation, prospecting new business, closing deals and managing a portfolio of client accounts. You will work with in‑house technical experts to present Darktrace’s AI‑driven cyber threat defense solutions to information security professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly revenue targets by acquiring new accounts within the assigned territory.
• Identify, develop and qualify leads, supported by Marketing, Inside Sales and Channel teams.
• Present and demonstrate Darktrace solutions to security experts and C‑level executives.
• Partner with Subject Matter Experts, Technical Account Managers and Cyber Threat Analysts to deliver Proof of Value engagements.

Required profile

• At least three years of outbound B2B sales experience selling complex software, preferably cyber security solutions.
• Clear sales methodology and passion for hunting new business.
• Confident, polished communicator with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Motivated by a target‑driven, meritocratic environment offering advancement opportunities.
