Account Executive - IT Solutions and Services

About the role

Data#3, an ASX200 IT services provider headquartered in Brisbane, is hiring an Account Executive in Toowong for an established Public Sector Territory. The role builds on strong Queensland Government relationships and revenue streams, with autonomy to lead complex sales engagements from first conversation to close, supported by technical and services specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Grow existing accounts and win new customers through focused account planning
• Build trusted relationships with executive, operational and customer stakeholders
• Lead tenders, proposals and solution sales from opportunity to close
• Combine technology, professional and managed services to solve customer challenges
• Own commercial outcomes and collaborate with vendors, presales and services teams

Required profile

• Proven experience selling complex IT solutions and services
• Strong knowledge of government procurement, tendering and stakeholder engagement
• Strategic, self-driven approach to account, pipeline and forecast management
• Experience working with vendors such as Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, HPE, HPi and Palo Alto
