Account Director – Senior Client Partner

About the role

DXC Technology is looking for an experienced Senior Client Partner to act as Account Director for a Tier 1 Victorian Government client. The role combines strategic account leadership, executive relationship management and oversight of a broad portfolio of technology services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi‑year account strategy aligned with the client’s transformation roadmap.
• Establish DXC as a trusted strategic advisor across cloud, applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, AI, workplace and business process solutions.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with the client’s CEO, CIO, CFO, Chief Digital Officer and senior business leaders.
• Own account revenue, profitability and growth targets; lead pursuits, contract renewals and competitive bids.
• Drive customer satisfaction, NPS and executive engagement through governance forums and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Partner with delivery leaders to ensure contractual commitments, service levels and transformation outcomes are met.
• Manage account P&L performance, forecasting and financial health.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in client partnership or account leadership within the technology sector.
• Proven track record of managing P&L, driving account growth and delivering complex technology solutions.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C‑suite and senior government stakeholders.
• Experience working with large public‑sector organisations, preferably in a government context.
