3D Designer – Brand Experience Agency

About the role

We are looking for a creative 3D Designer to join a leading brand experience studio in Melbourne. You will own the 3D design process for large‑scale builds and immersive brand activations, turning concepts into high‑impact visuals and technical drawings.

Key responsibilities

• Lead 3D design development for custom builds and brand activations from concept through delivery.
• Produce high‑quality 3D visualisations that communicate design intent and sell ideas.
• Create detailed technical drawings to support construction and production teams.
• Contribute to concept development and present work internally and, when required, to clients.

Required profile

• Several years of professional 3D design experience, preferably in experiential, retail, interior architecture or related spatial design.
• Polished portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, spatial design and high‑quality 3D output.
• Proficiency with industry‑standard 3D software (any tool that delivers exceptional results).
• Confidence to own your work and communicate it clearly.
• Passion for physical, built design and the craftsmanship behind it.

Required skills

• 3D modeling software (e.g., Autodesk, Rhino, SketchUp, Blender or equivalent).
