360 Recruitment Consultant - Blue Collar (Remote)

About the role

ARC Staff is expanding and is looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join its growing SE Queensland branch. This is a remote-based opportunity, working from home with support from an established, award-winning, Australian-owned labour hire and recruitment business. You will develop and grow your own desk across the blue-collar industrial, warehousing, logistics, events and construction sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Business development and client acquisition
• Managing and growing existing accounts
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates
• Building casual labour pools
• Managing temporary and permanent placements
• Client visits and relationship management
• Compliance, onboarding and workforce coordination

Required profile

• Previous experience in 360 recruitment or labour hire
• Strong sales and business development ability
• Experience in blue-collar, industrial, logistics or construction recruitment highly regarded
• Ability to work autonomously and manage your own desk remotely
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Driven, motivated and results-focused attitude
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
