Workshop Technician – Maintenance & Repairs

About the role
Join Komatsu Australia’s Welshpool workshop as a Technician responsible for maintaining and repairing a broad range of Komatsu equipment and components. You will deliver high‑quality service to both existing and new customers while upholding the company’s safety‑first culture.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and corrective repairs on mobile plant and heavy‑equipment assets.
- Diagnose faults, replace parts, and ensure equipment is returned to service promptly.
- Maintain accurate service records and adhere to safety procedures at all times.
- Provide courteous, professional support to customers throughout the service process.
- Participate in overtime shifts as required to meet workload demands.
Required profile
- Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or an equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience working on a variety of mobile plant equipment.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Strong commitment to personal and workplace safety.
Required skills
- Mobile plant equipment maintenance.
- Mechanical repair of heavy‑duty machinery.
