About the role
Join Fisher & Paykel's Customer Experience team as a Workshop Technician in Brisbane. You will diagnose, repair and test premium domestic appliances, ensuring they are returned to customers in optimal condition.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose, evaluate, repair and test domestic appliances, delivering high‑quality workmanship.
- Prepare accurate repair assessments, quotations and complete all service documentation.
- Maintain inventory, spare parts and workshop resources to support efficient operations.
- Provide technical expertise to customers and internal teams while complying with HSE requirements.
Required profile
- Possession of a Queensland Restricted electrical licence.
- Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing appliances or related electronics.
- Strong problem‑solving ability and methodical fault‑finding approach.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Required skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, wiring diagrams and service documentation.
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and digital service systems.
