Workday Talent/Learning Consultant

About the role

As a Workday Talent/Learning Consultant at Kainos you will join a collaborative team delivering enterprise‑scale Workday solutions to a global client base. You will lead a functional workstream, build strong customer relationships and ensure solutions are fit for purpose and commercially viable.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and configure Workday Talent and Learning modules across the full project lifecycle.
• Provide expert guidance to customers, understand their business needs and translate them into functional designs.
• Support junior team members, share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Present solutions to senior client audiences and manage expectations throughout the engagement.

Required profile

• Workday HCM certification with a focus on Learning and/or Talent.
• Strong customer focus, commercial awareness and ability to manage tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites within the region as needed.
