Workato Developer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Workato Developer to design, build, and maintain integration and automation workflows on the Workato platform. You will work closely with business and technical teams to translate requirements into reliable, scalable solutions that enable seamless data flow across enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy integration recipes using Workato.
• Create APIs and connectors for systems such as CRM, ERP, and cloud applications.
• Translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise existing integrations for performance and reliability.
• Implement error handling, logging, and governance best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT teams.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for integrations, workflows, and reusable assets.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Workato or similar iPaaS platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi).
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, JSON, and XML.
• Familiarity with cloud applications such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, or Microsoft 365.
• Basic programming or scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or similar).
• Solid grasp of integration patterns, data transformation, and error handling.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
