About the role
Human Intelligence is looking for a detail‑oriented Workable ATS Automation Testing Specialist to join its remote team. You will design, execute, and maintain automated tests that keep our recruitment workflows running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for Workable ATS integrations and related workflows.
- Identify, document, and track bugs or issues in automation and workflow processes.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure high‑quality deliverables.
- Design testing strategies that improve reliability and efficiency of automated recruitment processes.
- Monitor test results, generate reports, and suggest improvements to testing frameworks.
Required profile
- Proven experience with automated testing, preferably for ATS systems.
- Strong understanding of recruitment workflows and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Selenium or Cypress (or similar automation tools).
- JavaScript or Python scripting.
- Experience with test script development and maintenance.
