Web Designer / Developer

About the role

We are looking for a hybrid Web Designer / Developer to create engaging, user‑friendly websites for internal brands and external clients. The role blends visual design expertise with front‑end development to deliver polished digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, high‑quality websites from concept through to launch.
• Maintain and enhance existing websites, ensuring they remain secure, functional and up to date.
• Create intuitive user experiences and visually engaging interfaces.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to deliver digital projects on time.
• Troubleshoot website issues and implement improvements to performance and usability.
• Manage content and updates through CMS platforms.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Web Designer / Developer.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma.
• Solid front‑end development experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of back‑end technologies and website architecture.
• Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar.
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility and web best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
