Wayfinding & Signage Designer

About the role

Corlette is seeking a full‑time Wayfinding & Signage Designer to join its design team on a freelance or contract basis. The role involves creating intuitive wayfinding and signage systems that enhance user experience in luxury hotels, resorts and mixed‑use developments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop wayfinding and signage concepts from initial brief through to detailed documentation and delivery.
• Produce high‑quality drawings, specifications and environmental graphic packages.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, fabricators and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Present design ideas confidently and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop strategies for user movement and overall wayfinding logic.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of typography and its application in signage.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Excellent organisational and project‑management abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in luxury, hospitality or lifestyle sectors is a plus.
