Warehouse Team Member - Medical Devices

About the role

A global healthcare organisation is partnering with a well-established medical device company to recruit a Warehouse Team Member in Macquarie Park, Sydney. This is a permanent, full-time position in a professional warehouse environment, supporting the delivery of medical and surgical technologies to healthcare professionals across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders
• Receive incoming goods and maintain accurate stock records
• Process inventory transactions and stock movements using SAP
• Coordinate deliveries, couriers and freight documentation, and assist with domestic and international shipments
• Conduct regular stocktakes, cycle counts and inventory checks
• Maintain accurate stock locations, product labelling and traceability
• Support a safe, organised and efficient warehouse and help process orders on time

Required profile

• Previous warehouse experience, ideally in warehousing, stores, logistics or inventory control
• Hands-on experience with picking, packing, dispatch and stock management
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Reliable, proactive and hardworking approach
• Good communication skills and willingness to support the wider team

Required skills

• Experience using SAP or another warehouse management system is advantageous but not essential
• Familiarity with couriers, freight processes or stocktakes is an advantage
