About the role

As a Visual Merchandiser you will work at the heart of a fast‑paced fashion business, creating an environment that inspires customers to explore their personal style. You will guide and support the store team to deliver exceptional inspiration and guidance while driving sales and ensuring compliance with the H&M Commercial Handbook.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure garment presentation aligns with the Commercial Handbook and provides strong styling inspiration.
• Maintain high‑level visual styling in windows and indoor areas.
• Collaborate with the Department Manager to maximise commercial opportunities within brand guidelines.
• Deliver visual and commercial training to all store colleagues.
• Identify and develop future Visual Merchandiser talent.
• Organise workload according to business needs and commercial planning.
• Follow safety, security and administrative procedures at all times.

• Passionate about creating inspiring retail environments.
• Enjoy coaching and supporting store teams, providing clear feedback.
• Strong communication style with both colleagues and customers.
• Up‑to‑date with current fashion trends and styling techniques.
• Customer‑centric with proven results in visual merchandising.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced setting.
• Commercial mindset with ability to analyse figures and plan to maximise sales.
• Effective at delegating, following up and coaching team members.
