Vineyard Operator

About the role

Vinarchy is seeking a hands‑on Vineyard Operator to join its Coonawarra vineyard team. You will work under supervision to maintain vineyard blocks to the highest standards of quality, safety and sustainability, supporting seasonal production demands.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out allocated vineyard operations in line with established guidelines.
• Safely operate, maintain and report on vineyard equipment and machinery.
• Record activities accurately and assist with stocktaking.
• Communicate effectively with managers, team members and contractors.
• Uphold health, safety, quality and environmental standards at all times.

Required profile

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Basic literacy, numeracy and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Operation of vineyard equipment and machinery.
• Basic computer literacy.
