Videographer and Content Producer

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Videographer and Content Producer to join our team in Sydney CBD. You will work closely with a key presenter and take ownership of day‑to‑day video production across a variety of formats, from YouTube videos to live webinars and events.

Key responsibilities

• Film and capture content for YouTube, short‑form videos, webinars, office footage and behind‑the‑scenes material.
• Set up and manage studio equipment including cameras, lighting, audio, teleprompters and webinar switchboards.
• Direct presenters on‑camera, ensure visual quality, and keep productions moving smoothly.
• Cover live events, handling equipment, moving around venues and working on‑foot for extended periods.
• Perform video editing when required and support the offshore social media team over time.

Required profile

• Practical videography experience, preferably in weddings, events or live content.
• Confidence operating cameras, lighting and audio equipment.
• Ability to capture both planned and spontaneous moments.
• Energetic, proactive and adaptable to changing plans.
