Verification & Validation Engineer

About the role

Enovis is seeking a detail‑oriented Verification & Validation Engineer to ensure the software and system functionality of its medical device products meet rigorous quality and regulatory standards. You will work within the Enabling Technologies team, collaborating closely with software, systems, quality, regulatory, and program management colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain verification and validation test plans, protocols, and reports for software and system‑level requirements.
• Review product requirements, software specifications, and design documentation to create comprehensive test cases and validation strategies.
• Perform hands‑on software verification and validation testing for new product development and enhancements.
• Document test results, identify defects, and partner with development teams to investigate, troubleshoot, and verify issues.
• Review software documentation and participate in quality audits to ensure compliance with medical device standards.
