Verification & Validation Engineer I

About the role

Enovis is seeking a detail‑oriented Verification & Validation Engineer to support software and system testing for its medical device portfolio. Based in Brisbane, you will work within the Enabling Technologies team to ensure that product requirements, designs and user needs meet rigorous medical‑device quality and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute and maintain verification and validation test plans, protocols and reports for software and system‑level requirements.
• Review product requirements, software specifications and design documentation to create comprehensive test cases.
• Perform hands‑on testing of new product features and enhancements, documenting results and tracking defects.
• Collaborate with software, systems, quality, regulatory and program management teams to investigate and resolve issues.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases and test results to support regulatory submissions.

Required profile

• Strong analytical thinking and technical problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
• Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
