Venue Manager – Lead a vibrant pub team

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Venue Manager for the iconic Cavenagh Hotel. You will lead a high‑performing team, ensure a safe and compliant environment, and create memorable pub experiences that turn locals into loyal guests.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, maintaining P&L targets and ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Manage staff, mentor team members, and handle any issues before they impact guests.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and venue standards, including manual handling of stock, kegs, and deliveries.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality venue management with a strong presence and community focus.
• Current RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications as required by state regulations.
• Ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
