About the role

The Ghanem Group is seeking a full‑time Venue Manager to lead daily operations of its premium hospitality venues in the Greater Brisbane Area. This on‑site role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while upholding the brand’s high standards of service and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of venue operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and operational excellence.
• Lead, motivate and manage a diverse team to provide memorable guest experiences.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety and licensing regulations.
• Collaborate on budgeting, cost control and financial reporting.
• Plan, coordinate and execute large‑scale events and special functions.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to protect and enhance the brand reputation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in venue or hospitality management, preferably in high‑end or premium settings.
• Strong background in budgeting, financial management and cost control.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of managing diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving aptitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or a related field are advantageous.
