Vendor Replenishment Planner

About the role

Join a global FMCG leader as a Vendor Replenishment Planner, working within a collaborative S&OP team. This 12‑month contract offers a hybrid work arrangement with three days in the office and two days remote.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across S&OP, Commercial, Sales, Supply Chain and Planning functions.
• Lead day‑to‑day management of supply risks, communicate and resolve service issues to ensure on‑time, full order delivery.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, ensuring data integrity and providing actionable insights.
• Optimize supply chain efficiency through process improvements and cost‑saving projects.

Required profile

• Robust stakeholder management with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Proven ability to analyse data, solve problems and drive decision‑making.
• Understanding of supply chain planning, inventory management, logistics and replenishment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Business or related field and full working rights in Australia.
