About the role
Based in L’Oréal’s Melbourne head office, the Vendor Replenishment Planner reports to the Key Account Supply Chain Manager and serves as the critical link between customers and the supply chain. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service while optimizing end‑to‑end supply chain efficiencies.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary operational contact for customers, aligning demand for promotions, product launches, and stock availability.
- Track order execution, identify supply risks, and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
- Generate performance scorecards (out‑of‑stock, service levels) and analyse root causes of shortages to drive continuous improvement.
