Variations Team Leader

About the role

Green by Nature, Australia's largest and most award-winning landscape services business, is looking for a Variations Team Leader to join its team in the ACT. The role leads and develops team members and apprentices while working hands-on to deliver high-standard landscaping work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members and apprentices
• Work hands-on with your team and ensure work is completed to a high standard
• Operate and support the maintenance of tools, machinery and equipment
• Report progress, issues and requirements to your manager
• Pest and disease identification and treatment
• Foster a culture of safety

Required profile

• Certificate III in Landscape Construction, Horticulture, Sports Turf or equivalent solid industry experience
• Proven ability to prioritise work and develop team members
• Sound practical experience with a range of tools and equipment
• Current driver's licence (essential)
• WWVP, police check and white card (or willingness to obtain them)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
