About the role

Join Melbourne Airport’s dynamic team as a Valet Concierge, delivering premium customer service to every traveller. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring arrivals and departures are seamless and memorable in a high‑end airport environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers, providing professional valet parking services.
• Safely park and retrieve customer vehicles, accurately labeling keys for efficient return.
• Maintain and file paperwork related to vehicle transactions.
• Provide detailed information about airport amenities and services.
• Support the Online Concierge Team with customer service and administrative tasks as directed.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Genuine passion for delivering excellent service and a customer‑first attitude.
• Full manual Victorian driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team‑oriented, flexible, and accountable with high personal integrity.
