UX Developer – Build High-Converting Customer Journeys

About the role

We are looking for a UX Developer who sits at the intersection of design, technology and marketing. In this permanent, full‑time position you will translate high‑fidelity designs into interactive, high‑converting web experiences for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Web Marketing and Engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Convert static designs (Figma) into responsive, production‑ready code.
• Maintain code quality, scalability and performance for high‑traffic corporate websites.
• Implement tracking and analytics tools to gather user insights.
• Test, debug and optimise user journeys to improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the telco or service‑provider industry.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale, high‑traffic websites.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work across design, development and marketing.

Required skills

• Node.js build tools and package managers (e.g., npm, yarn).
• Git workflow and repository management.
• Google Analytics (GA4) and Hotjar for data‑driven insights.
• PHP development, preferably within Laravel (Blade templating).
• Figma for design hand‑off.
