Underground Grader Operator – FIFO

About the role

Barminco is looking for an experienced Underground Grader Operator to join its Bellevue Gold Mine team on a full‑time FIFO roster (7/7 or 14/14). The role supports safe and efficient underground haul‑road maintenance, contributing to the mine’s production targets and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Operate an underground grader to maintain smooth, well‑drained haul roads.
• Shape and repair road surfaces to accommodate heavy underground mining equipment.
• Identify and report ground, road, and safety hazards.
• Conduct pre‑start equipment checks in line with safety and ventilation procedures.
• Support traffic flow and overall underground operational safety.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a grader operator, preferably underground.
• Relevant operating tickets and licences.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a high‑performing team.
• Compliance with site access requirements (medical clearance, DAS, NPC, valid manual driver’s licence).
